Director’s Statement

This project is very near and dear to my heart as a parent of a teenager and soon to be teenagers. The epidemic of depression, suicide and other mental health issues are sweeping our country and taking so many young lives. I was excited to do this project in order to spark discussion around this topic, bring awareness, and reduce stigma around mental health issues. I am very grateful to our team for their hard work and our executive producer for entrusting me with the vision.
